Coverage Follows Demand

Government leasing is not a single nationwide scheme. Each local authority and each Home Office arrangement has its own requirements, in its own area, and those requirements rise and fall with local housing demand. What we can place, and where, follows that picture rather than a fixed national map.

In practice this means demand is strongest where housing pressure is greatest, which tends to be the larger urban areas. It also means the honest answer to "do you cover my area?" is sometimes "let us check", because the position for a given street can depend on live requirements at that moment.

We would rather tell you plainly than list every town and imply a service we cannot always provide. The city pages below cover the areas where we most often place property. For anywhere else, a quick conversation is the fastest way to a straight answer.

Select your city for local rent levels, the areas we cover and the local licensing rules.

Your City Not Listed?

If your city is not shown above, it is worth asking anyway. Requirements change, and we place property in more areas than we hold dedicated pages for. The quickest way to know where you stand is to tell us about your property and let us check the current position for your area.
